A great value

I bought the product to replaced a broken actuator on my current valve so it is a great investment. The original unit only lasted 10 years. The only reason I cannot recommend this is because after communicating with a factory tech, I find the part that fail has be redesigned to replace a plastic part with a stainless steel unit.
