Test the item before posting and adjust the listing information according so that buyers can make an informed and fair decision. This step was important to the process. As it happens I have received the returned Kindle - after 18 days in the post - and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, except that the buyer has wiped clean the valuable library because she doesn't know what she's doing!

Stinkin' good
Comes in shrinkwrap to keep cost down - good idea as you're bound to have an empty spindle. Full-width white surface for printing (some are grey) but why aren't discs manufactured in a glossy finish like photo paper? So, pretty good but the major drawback is that they stink! Seriously, something between cat pee and geraniums, and quite strong. Must be due to manufacture as they are quite securely packed and impervious to some geranium-peeing cat. Curious, but at this price I'll put up with the odour, and happily buy again.

How to love a 2D animation
This is the animation movie which changed my mind about cartoons. It is superb. Not a wasted moment, you'll watch this again and again and still find something new to enjoy. Far too good for kids (though apparently they do like it) you MUST add this to your library. I saw this on Sky and have kept it on that library ever since, having re-viewed (Ha!) several times. Probably the best animation ever but don't take my word, buy it. Watch it. Love it.

Not worth the trouble
No real need for the removal tool, just something else to flog. Bulb lasted less than 3-weeks. All in all, pretty rubbish .
