I won't buy Roku again via ebay.

I have owned Roku products for 20 years, but this Roku Ultra is not performing as my others. It's erratic, oft times the light blinks or it doesn't come on at all while I'm watching TV. Never again will I purchase products via ebay because I don't know if I have any recourse on returning it. I should have bought it from the manufacturer as I usually do.
