  I bought an item from this seller. Due to incorrect choice of shipping, the item was returned. He promised to ship again after reconfirming my address. Without discussion or requesting my preference, a refund was issued without a reason provided.On enquiring, I find that he has relisted the item at a higher price than what I paid for and despite offering a higher price for the same item, he refused to sell to me just because he was lazy and didn't want to honor his word.

  All supposition on buyers part. Watch POSTED and was returned as it was not deliverable to buyers address -- INDIA -- and USPS would return a second shipping ...., so i refunded, relisted, and buyer decided to be negative and obstinate .. Happy he lives so far away.
