Kathy Smith Yoga
3 of 3 found this helpful I have always been a fan of Kathy Smith, but only recently took up Yoga. I decided as a beginner to start with a name trusted in the exercise field. I prefer her style to others. I love the video and it has been extremely helpful and informative. No disappointment here.

Normally when you purchase any cookbook not all recipes appeal to you just because of taste buds; however Sandra Lee has somehow managed to appeal each recipe to try.
