Easy Fix
This was a used item but worked perfectly and the washer is functioning properly. I would recommend that you always check the shifter gears, for damage also when replacing the actuator.

I recommend this if you need it.
I ordered this to replace or rebuild the steering sector on a AYP lawn tractor, the original part is no longer available. I found that it is best to drill the rivets first, then grind or chisel the tops off, it will be a lot easier than taking the top off and trying to drive the rivet out. Once drilled and the top of rivet is removed they separate very easily. You can use 5/16" bolts to reassemble. I recommend this if you need it.
