Missing instruction manual & software download
0 of 1 found this helpful Product works very well! However, it arrived with zero software installation instructions. If I hadn't had a friend with the same scanner (brand new) and a user manual, i never would've been able to set up my machine. The software instructions should be provided, the website you need to go to to find them is kind of obscure, but if you don't go there the scanner is useless.
