Special Tool Required (not included)... not as easy as advertised!

Rivnuts were included which requires a special tool to mount the rear thread inserts. This was not covered in the instructions nor the product description. Also - the instructions reference lock washers and flat washer... but flanged nuts were included... so the instructions/expectations were a bit off from reality.
