Well packaged, received on time, item as described. This is such a cool way to repurpose IT gear that would otherwise be cast-aside or thrown in a landfill. I had initially misplaced the login credentials printout (which was packed with the item). I reached out to the seller and Nick responded right away. Excellent customer service and responsiveness.

Thank you for noticing! This is exactly why we do this. We feel there's an immense hidden value in repurposing entry-level enterprise hardware for use with open-source software, and we're happy to be in a position to bring it to people.

I really like what the seller is doing repurposing hardware. Seller gave clear and helpful instructions with the device. Item was well packaged for shipping. Device will be more than adequate for my uses. I immediately hosed the configuration and locked my self out of the webgui lol. I was able to connect via the console and revert to the original config and all is good again. Would purchase from again, would be cool if seller found other hardware/software combos to repurpose!

Thank you for the encouragement! :) And yes, we are constantly on the lookout for other possibilities. We've done a lot of different things from rack-mountable enterprise routers to access points. The key is to find something that's not only technically feasible, but also affordable. Sophos devices, in particular, tend to be affordable because Sophos retired a bunch of them in mid-2022 and will retire an even bigger bunch in early 2025. So stay tuned! :)
