    I purchased this textbook for my daughter. There was some minor damage to the back cover, but the seller was completely honest and up-front about this before shipping the item. He also voluntarily refunded a portion of the cost to make up for the damage. As far as the book itself, it is new (as advertised) and has clean, unmarked pages, which is exactly what my daughter wanted. It also arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
