Product is excellent! Customer Service sucks!
I would have to say that this was one of the BEST routers I had ever purchased. It was the most reliable and had the best range/coverage. It was amazing, right up until a thunderstorm blew it up and I had to call customer service.
That is the one major negative! This product is absolutely perfect if you never have to call Customer Service, and for that, I will never buy TPLink again unless it changes. Check reviews and 'Google' TPLink Customer service, you will know what I am talking about.
They are based in China, and few of the employees actually speak discernable english. After about 5 days of talking with employees and sending e-mail pictures of the router, I had convinced them it was broken. They themselves admitted it was broken, and still insisted that I do a many number of troubleshooting options and e-mail the results before they would replace the item. After playing this game for a little, I stopped dealing with them and bought a new one. My impression is that the company was very stingy and never intended to help me out. The techs seem to all be women and all got VERY offended when I would tell them that they needed to speak slower/clearly because I could not understand their english (one even hung up on me).
I gave it a 3 because the product itself was the best while working, but as soon as you have an issue or need some type of assistance from customer service ... hopefully you have a Geek Squad plan instead becaue you will not get anywhere with TPLink.

Ghost Recon - Great Game!
The graphics are great and the gameplay is so much more realistic than Rouge Spear, etc. The enemy is never in the same place and their reactions are always different every time you play. It is cahllenging and I love to play it!

Great stand for a great price!
Very sturdy. Quick to set up. As always, make sure you set up the rear wheel first before propping up the front wheel. Very smooth and easy to use. Only owned this for about 2 mo now and my bike has been up on the stand since then. No issues with it thus far
