Perfectly suited for my programming and web development needs!
The monitors have a very thin bezel to it, so you get a bit more real estate from the display. There is a gloss to the black frame, but I don't find that as a drawback or a hindrance to the eyes. The displays are light in weight and very easy to handle when mounting. Like most Dell displays, the S2340M does not have any holes on the back for VESA mounting brackets. However, I was able to locate adapters that fit snugly into the slot used for the stand, and mount-ready for a desk or wall bracket. The adapter pushes the display out by about and inch from the mount bracket, but the quality of the adapter I found was very well made and sturdy.

Great cable that fits nice and snug with the ports.
Cable attaches perfectly between my MacBook Pro and a Dell S2340M display. Highly recommended!
