  This item is for my Mercedes Benz E-Class (W213) 2017. I made sure the VIN and region of the map update is correct before I purchased. Seller sent the download link and PIN quite promptly after payment but upon trying the PIN was incorrect. After corresponding with the seller, the correct PIN was provided.   This transaction, including communication, was excellent. Was sent the link, had a little trouble getting it to work (which was my fault), but seller was patient and helpful and in the end we got the update installed. Would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their nav maps a little cheaper than from Chrysler.
