  Amazing customer service. At the time of ordering, I had thought it cooled down enough to purchase ladybugs. Unfortunately, it had not and none of my original shipment survived. I reached out showing proof I did grab the ladybugs within about an hour of the delivery and the seller had resolution figured out by the end of that day. Luckily for me they are a county away so we met up. By the end of pickup day I had my garden watered and the ladybugs out after sundown Ordered & replaced in a week

  This review is of my second order I’m giving 5 stars for amazing customer service. California is in the middle of a heatwave and unfortunately my second order did not survive but the seller provided quick responses and offered to make it right with a new order or a refund. Once it is not triple digits I will definitely order from him again I will always support local!
