Awesome!
Wow! I could feel muscle tension within a few hours wearing this shirt, which turned into muscle fatigue a few hours after that. Really helped in forcing me to keep good posture and alignment. As someone with low back issue who often sits in godawful positions that end up hurting my neck in order to ease my low back/sciatica pain, this is a godsend. So glad I could find it at a reduced price, as new from the manufacturer/designer was out of my budget!

Can really feel them training your muscles!
This bra is awesome! I can feel muscle soreness after a few hours as my muscles are being forced into better posture positions. If I wear one of these bras all day, I can really feel it towards the afternoon/eve. Gives me lots of cleavage, and makes for a smushy-sports bra front appearance (not flattering from the side). However, I didn't buy this for aesthetics, but for assistance with my posture, which I think is partly to blame for my chronic low back and neck pain. No magic pill, but I think with time and muscle training, these will make a real difference.
