    I received the item damaged, and was told to send it back with a letter stating I needed a new one sent back that was packaged better. They did not let me know what the status was on the one coming back, I had to contact them. Then when i finally got one back it was the same damaged one that I sent them! Tried to contact them, no response, had to get eBay involved to send it back and get a refund. They are hard to communicate with and not concerned about the problem, would not buy from them.
