Right off the bat I want to say this was difficult to get working with Windows XP 32-bit. However, once the card is all set up, it works brilliantly and sounds fantastic. The price is definitely worth it if you're building a classic computer build, but otherwise, I don't think it would be great on modern systems that use Windows 10/11. With 95/98/ME/2000/XP, this card is amazing.
Also, little note for anyone installing this card, I used the rear output only, and used Creative's official drivers, which can be found if you look hard enough (I got mine from VOGONS). This card is also great for Doom (of course I had to run Doom). As of now I haven't gotten most MS-DOS games working natively with it, but it doesn't really matter because DOSBox fixes that.
The package came in clean (and very shiny, it activated my inner crow), and it was almost a simple drop-in addition (as mentioned before, I had trouble with Windows XP). This card is fantastic, I cannot stress that enough, I certainly recommend it over other sound cards (not that I've tried any, I'm on a bit of a budget, I just got really lucky by picking this one)
