  Item delivered was not the same in picture. Says open box with plastic cover over item in picture. Not how it was delivered item well used old 2017 manufacturing date amd filthy. In a mailer envelope crushed and torn. Item damaged in mailing due to horrible packaging. Item doesn't work. Worst purchase and seller doesn't accept returns. Never buying from this seller.   This seller sold wrong product. Obviously, I bought WD22TB4 tb4 dock clearly. However, the seller sent me WD19TB tb3 dock. I informed this thing to the seller, but the seller ignore my refund request and make unreasonable behavior. This seller is scammer. Be careful!!!

  Advertised a Dell WD22TB4 dock. Sent a Dell WD19TB dock. Acknowledged that the wrong item was sent (twice!), and then promptly cut off communication. Made no effort to fix his error.
