This is the OEM Version! Beware!
0 of 3 found this helpful This is the OEM version, not retail! OEM means that when you install Windows, it will be tied to that motherboard. You can't install it anywhere with a different motherboard. At least if you purchase retail, you can reinstall it on a computer as many times as you like. Just make sure you uninstall it from the previous computer first. So beware.

Works like new
This thing works like new. And a lot cheaper than the same one on Amazon. I have an old one that I got in March 2021 and the pump on my old one separated after only a year, velcro started not working well, whole thing started falling apart, and I had to live and deal with that for a long time using Scotch tape to keep the pump together, but would keep falling off after every use and the pump wasn't getting enough air and not working my neck very well. This one that I got works like brand new, pumps the air and I can feel a much better difference on my neck. Thanks.
