how can you miss

my Gastroenterologist recommended additional fiber in my diet, and specifically this produce, because it was much more reasonably priced than other Psyllium husk products. My wife and I have been using it for several years now.

The strap is a little big for my wife, but she has a small head. After a few minutes we got it adjusted "Just Right", and she has worn it ever since with her nose pillows. Just be sure to wash it well before you wear it.
