    I ordered this item for Christmas all the way back in November, which is why it was not opened until now. When I opened it, I realized that the head of the figure broke off. I don't know if this happened during shipping or what, but I'm at a loss for what to do. I am currently trying to get my money back.

Arrive in a decent shape, two keys are broken
Everything else works amazing and I’m happy i get to hold one in my hands, buuut, two keys are definitely broken, C and the 4 key. Took it to a computer guy, and the computer guy said definitely its a bad keyboard. This is a bit of bait and switch because nowhere in the listing it said it was broken. There are a few surface defects, but i care more it looks decent and can type then a few scratches.
