Should get a 6-star rating
This review has more to do with Tom's service and responsiveness than the product itself (Dell XP workstation).
We were seeking to replace a burnt-out PC workstation for a piece of scientific equipment requiring XP/OS. The product arrived quickly and we tested it, but were unable to get the interface working. Not knowing what the problem was, Tom provided several useful suggestions, and even sent us a second Dell to test. (unfortunately it also failed to communicate with our device, and we learned later from others in our community that they had similar difficulties to replace aging workstations.). The PCs themselves worked fine on their own, although one did make some unusual clunking noises when coupled with our system.
We decided to keep one PC as a backup for other thing,s and asked Tom if we could return the other, but he graciously declined and told us it wasn't worth our trouble. This goes well beyond any expectations I have for customer service. Thank you for all your efforts to help us with our problem!

Easy to assemble and adjust
So far so good! Except for the very first step, the assembly instructions were straightforward. It's a comfortable chair that allows you to lean back without tilting. Hoping to get many years of comfortable use out of it!
