  Arrived today, 8/25, inside roomy well-buffered wrapping, so I was surprised to find a small chip, rough to the touch, on one of the handles. Not what I expected from items described as Excellent Condition. I assume this was an oversight, as the the seller was so careful with packing securely. I’m reluctant to return them or ask for a refund as I know selling on eBay is a challenge. It’s not enough for me to want to return them, I do love these mugs. Thank you.
