Flows and seals great . Good with preventing aeration in the fuel. Also, it's nice you can remove the needle from the seat.

Does not fit in a 1962 F100
-The headers are too short and don’t clear the trans cross member or front rear leaf spring shackle. They also come pretty close to hitting the generator but clear just enough. Lastly, the overall design of the template that mates to the head is not the best and will need work so the bolt holes and tabs won’t bend while torquing. I’m a bit disappointed but I wasn’t optimistic in the first place.
-TO MAKE THEM WORK you will need to add 6 couplers about 2.5” in length for each runner pipe; using oxy acetaline will help greatly with control when applying weld around couplers for how tight it gets. Also, support welds around the exhaust runners going into the template would help a lot too. Secondly, cut a gasket that goes around the protruding ground down sections of the runners to act as a spacer to prevent bending the bolt holes and tabs. Also exhaust wrap or a heat shield would be recommended for atleast the cyl 1 exhaust tube from the head for how close it gets to the generator.
In conclusion, it’s not the best but options are very limited for this motor, especially if your stock exhaust manifold is cracked. But if you don’t mind the extra work rather than having a shop fabricate a custom header, these headers are somewhat reasonable. But the price is a bit too high for the work required to even get a bolt on it!
