Really not feasible
Well, try holding the dog down while spraying its teeth. I won't recommend it. Has to be a better solution to clean the teeth.

Small but big with ideas
It was a gift to my friend whom has cancer in 5 places. The main thing was to change her diet and so this was the beginning of her journey.
