  the doll must have been damaged from between postal offices because I sent it and it was in the same shape that was pictured. the buyer immediately started sending me harsh messages about it I was currently sick in the hospital and had not checked my phone when I finally did I had a bunch of messages that we're not very nice yes eBay did step in simply because I was too ill to deal with it at the time I would have gladly accepted the return as I always want to make my customers happy.
