Item was damaged and after initial reply they will not reply to multiple e-mails trying to resolve the issue.
1 of 1 found this helpful Seller will NOT reply to my multiple e-mails since my first advising them of the damaged item and their initial reply. I have asked for a way to resolve the issue and get NOT REPLY WHATSOEVER. That is so frustrating! I am not rating the product as much as the seller. Don't know how well the product worked; only used what I could scrape up off of the container!
