  I posted an open box from Best Buy (returned back to them by their customer) Photo shows sticker. I never used. I offered you a discount and the 4 easy steps to factory reset to remove Best Buy's customer's email. Then I offered to you the refund of the item with no shipping charges back. I was prompt in my responses and very apologetic and offered you a refund. I feel your comment did not correctly depict an accurate description of what really happened
