It works!
To tell the truth, I figured I had wasted my money. My printer was an expensive one, so I thought it would be worth a try. My printer said that I needed a new printhead not clean printhead.I looked online for instructions on removing printhead, followed instructions on kit carefully. I was afraid there was not enough solution. I decided on the"let it soak for a few hours option", just in case. I dried it with corner of towel to wick drops. I did not rub. I let it air dry overnight. IT WORKED.
What I learned was: Don't leave your ink in if you are not going to use it for a while and , maybe , keep an extra kit on hand.

I love it.
I love this lamp. It is smart looking, easy to put together and the base is VERY heavy for balance.
Everything is already assembled except the poles and the snap-and-turn globe.
