Great jazz solo piano
This is a spectacular cd from both a performance and recording perspective. That it was recorded to a cassette from a live date "somewhere in France" makes it all the more remarkable. The opening "Take the A Train" is smoldering from the top, as fine an example of boogie woogie left hand as you can imagine. The rest of the album demonstrates what a fine blues player Ray Bryant was and how one man can sustain a high degree of inspiration continuously for over an hour. Highest possible recommendation.

Coffee drinkers rejoice.
While I wouldn't have expected it, I have had two baristas ask me where I got this cup because they each wanted to buy one. Keeps coffee hot, yet your hand is protected. Dishwasher safe. Lid screws on so not likely to spill. I love it.
