  Saying that this was an excellent experience is an euphemism, very quick with responses and open to answer any type of question, the items came in perfect conditions even a day before the period in which the order was supposed to arrive, even though I live in Italy, which is fairly distant from Japan, even put a free postcard linked to the items I ordered, if I will ever have to buy other items like these I will certainly contact this store again.
