SCHWINN AIRDYNE AD6 EXERCISE BIKE-NEW!!! NEWEST MODEL!

Great Quick Workout

I love it. Compared to the old airdyne I used to ride, it's much quieter and the wind coming up on you is not noticeable and I don't have the optional wind screen. I ride a bike in the summer months but I was having a hard time getting an aerobic workout in during the winter. I ride it 23 minutes at a time 5 days a week figuring that gets me 20 minutes in my aerobic zone and thanks to TiVo I can watch a 30 minute show skipping commercials at the same time. I am amazed at how out of shape my 52 year old arms had gotten. I hate lifting weights and my legs have stayed strong through cycling but my arms are now burning after my rides.
