  Seller states in his post that these Morgan Dollars are Silver. When I received them I tested them and they are not silver. I ask the seller to return these coins and they refused saying that they don't accept returns and that they did not test them for being silver or not before shipping. If they did not test them, then they should not say that they were silver. Seller got many bids because of his description of being silver coins. Asking EBAY for their help.

  Fact. Advertised as silver dollars because they are silver dollars. Coins were weighed. Once verified they were not genuine Morgan silver dollars (real ones weigh slightly more), I facilitated the return. There was no misleading or false advertising.
