  Arrived completely shattered and the seller was extremely passive aggressive towards me. It took me a few days to open my package and I don’t deserve a rude passive aggressive response to letting you know that it arrived damaged. I didn’t ASK for a refund, I know you are NOT a business. I was just letting you know your stuff arrived SHATTERED so maybe you can do something about that for other glass items.

  This is misuse of feedback!:( We never used passive aggressive language. We contacted you the day after you received your package as we do all our customers. We didn't hear from you until 9 days after delivery and we still kindly replied and sent an IMMEDIATE refund. We're new here and we're not a business, but folks trying to clear out a 100 year old attic. We've shipped glass and never experienced this with a customer. We ship fast, safe, and neatly. Please check our positive feedback.:)
