Irritation

The earbud is ok but it hurts after a while, it could stand to be softer with interchangeable bud for different size ear canals. Also the ear clip hurts the back of my ear but I heated and reshaped it and its better now. Overall the device works very well and is so easy to set up and operate. I've been buying this brand for years and wouldn't stop, I'll just be more selective with design in the future. THANKS, STILL LOVE IT!
