DVD does not work
0 of 1 found this helpful Item arrived on time but the DVD portion does not work. After trying several DVDs I tried one that was just purchased and it did not work. Screen shows that it is loading the disk but then displays the "This disk is not viewable". The only reason that I am not sending it back is that I have another one that this was suppose to replace but the VHS Tape portion does not work and I will attempt to swap out the DVD portion of this unit for the one in the other unit I have.
