All ways good to check cross references. These are the same part number for honda cb350 and cl350.

Doesn't fit any models listed

This only fits the SL models. Trying to mount it on a CB or CL, it hits the tank if you turn it down, and hits the tach and speedo if you turn it up.

Filters fit with a little twist

These filters will work on a CL350 or CB 350, but they are tight and sit a little crooked. The side cover retaining shaft needs to be secured in a different way since the original air boxes that secure the bottom grommet of the side covers are now not able to be used.
