Good for Beginners
1 of 1 found this helpful Just got this camera and it lives up to what I've read about it so far. Mine has three obvious scratches on the lens but after running a brief field trial with my dog as subject I only notice them when the picture is either backlit or I'm trying to snap it in a hurry without letting the camera compensate for the distortion. With a scratched lens I got this at a bargain price so I could afford to send the lens to be replaced if this ever bothers me. The selector on the top of the camera is a little bit difficult to turn while lining up a shot and the menu buttons aren't as intuitive as I'd like but this is still a solid little point and shoot, good for beginners and the photographically cursed (like myself).
