Old but a good digital scope
These scopes are getting to be over 30 years old now and showing their age.
The cal data is stored on a Dallas Semiconductor battery/static ram chip and the batteries are all going bad now. The power supply also suffer from leaking or bad caps. Keeping this in mind these scopes can be found cheap and be repaired. 500 mhz is handy if you work on 70cm ham radio rigs.
