Would not recommend.
This vacuum is very heavy, difficult to maneuver and the extension wand pulls back at you hard when you try to use it.
The locking mechanism that holds it upright requires lots of force to lock it in place and is not a “hard lock” - you will have to hold it from the bottom in order to bring it up a flight of stairs.
It seems to pick up well but that is the only reason I am giving it two stars.
Would NOT recommend.
