Good knife

It's a good quality knife for the price. Very light which makes it perfectly convient for cutting sashimi and nigiri sushi. Like the handle, no need to be extra careful around water like those with the wooden handles and also it kept its edge for a while. Hope this is helpful for those looking to buy a knife for sushi.
