First belt lasted 5 days
First belt broke after 5 days of use. I'm on the second belt and after 4 days it's still working. Only time will tell how long it will last. I'm tumbling 2 pounds of rock, belt fit good.

ORECK XL21 VACUME
AFTER PAYING ALOT OF MONEY FOR THIS VACUME I AM NOT HAPPY WITH IT. I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE FREE ANNUAL TUNEUPS FOR 10 YEARS. SOON AFTER THE PURCHASE, THE DEALER CLOSED DOWN THE STORE. NOW I EITHER DRIVE 180 MILES TO HAVE IT SERVICED, OR SHIP IT TO THE FACTORY FOR THE TUNEUP. THE OTHER PROBLEM IS THAT THE DRIVE BELT GETS HOT AND STRETCHES OUT, CAUSING THE BRUSH HEAD TO STALL OUT. THE BELTS ARE EASY TO CHANGE, BUT I THINK THEY SHOULD LAST LONGER THAN JUST 2 VACUMINGS. IF YOU HAVE CARPET ANY TALLER THAN A CUT GERBER, YOU'LL NEED TO BUY ALOT OF BELTS!! AS FAR AS THE BAGS GO, THEY ARE NICE AND BIG. THEY FILTER THE DUST FINE. UNLIKE THE UPRIGHT VACUME, THE SMALL HAND HELD VACUME IS MADE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY. IT WORKS GOOD, BUT THE BAGS ARE SMALL AND PLUG UP FAST.
