it's a nice motherboard with good features

This is an ideal motherboard to be paired with I7-4790k cpu. I would like to know the RMA prodecure because memory channel B was dead on arrival. I used QVL memory of corsair but only memory channel A works. Channel B is enabled in bios but any ram in the slot('s) will give error 55 memory and a black screen. With only channel A equiped with 2 x 4 gb 1333mhz it works. Can i have an update ones possible? thanks
