    When I first hooked up my computer it would not work. I messaged the seller at 11:03 at 11:07 only 4 minutes later. He messaged me back. He worked with me continuously until the problem was resolved. A level of customer service you don’t see anymore. Turns out the problem was caused in shipping. I was only able to find the problem with his expert guidance. I would definitely highly recommend this seller. Only had it one day but so far so good.

    Received the Dell in working order. Almost exactly described in the listing. The processor is a 9700t instead of 9700 which works better for my low power application anyway. Otherwise all the same as described and works! Packaging material worked great as the box ended up being damaged in shipping but the mini PC didn't even have a dent. I was initially leery of the low review count, but I now add my positive review and would definitely buy from them again!

    I'm giving this Seller a Positive Review because the communication was top notch & I did receive a Full Refund. The Computer arrived mangled (yes mangled). The date codes on the hard drives were old & I was originally told otherwise. CMOS Battery was completely dead as well (I see this a lot so not picking on this particular Seller). This Seller has Excellent Feedback so I'm not going to give a bad review, but lessons learned for future sales is my goal in writing this review.
