Good in theory, bad in practice
3 of 7 found this helpful Although the machine made coffee, the warming plate never got hotter than luke warm. So, I had to heat my mug of coffee in the microwave to get it to the temperature I enjoy. Rather than pay approximately $10 to ship it back for a replacement, I simply made the Mr. Coffee machine into a doorstop. I went old school and bought an electric percolator. The coffee it makes is piping hot, takes about the same amount of time to make, and is very easy to clean. The downside? No timer to have hot coffee waiting for you when you awaken. But, it only takes about 5 minutes to perk and each cup is steamy hot and very flavorful.

New life for a 42" plasma
This unit brought my dead Samsung 42 inch plasma back to life. It was pretty much plug and play to install. I think there were a total of about 6-8 screws that held the Y Main and buffer to the chassis of the TV. Be very careful when reinserting the 6 ribbon cables. Make sure they're fully inserted before closing the black hold down clamps.
