Fun game though the controls may be tricky.
This was a fun game to play, using the Wiimote to slash your sword around. The best part is the replay value, of going to different forks in the dungeons if you missed (it's practically on a rail in 1st person, like if you played Virtua Cop or House of the Dead where you can't really backtrack on a run) and they even have rewards so you can temper your swords or get a better ranking the next time you enter a dungeon. The problem I had with the game is that it takes a while to get used to the controls. Your specials, called Master Strokes can sometimes be difficult to use even when you feel you are doing the move correctly. The same is true sometimes with your sword slashes, like you'll get a slash when you motion for a thrust. Fortunately, you won't miss too often, even if this is a problem. I also felt the game had recycled a lot of things; do not expect new enemies (a lot of palette swaps) or characters for quite a while if you played Dragon Quest 8. It is also sluggish to turn in towns. Lastly, the story is mediocre; you basically fight some cliche villain who revives himself and the dialogue is not compelling though at least the characters are tolerable. Fortunately, overkilling enemies (attacking them a bunch of times even while they have no health left) and getting your rankings makes the game more fun to play though it has its problems.

    Fair, Excellent game
I liked this game a lot more than the predecessor or the series that was its prequel, Ghouls 'n Ghosts or Ghosts 'n Goblins. Those games had a lot of cheap deaths. Anyway, in Maximo vs Army of Zin, you got a nice array of moves, and the difficulty is very fair. I had a lot more fun than the first one because of this. You also keep the skills you have after you die and it doesn't cost you coins to save unlike the 1st Maximo. You also have a couple of new weapons in this sequel too. It's very inexpensive so it's worth a shot; I got mine for 8 bucks at a store, than missed it after I sold it and bought it on ebay for 2 bucks. I enjoyed it during my replay.

    Great movie and parody.
This was an amazing parody of Star Wars. It even breaks the 4th wall a lot with the funny mentioning of how much merchandise the movie itself would make. I bought it because I heard it was hilarious and I'm glad I agree with them. I wholeheartedly recommend this movie.
