Not a good deal at MSRP

The panel is fine, no complaints. But at the regular price I expect a stand that adjusts, this does not even have tilting. There is only one port for DP and only one for HDMI The onscreen menu is the usual Samsung pain to use. Why is the default setting at Gaming ?
