It's a birthday gift & all I know is....she loves it!

My daughter-in-law has two Frenchies so when I saw this little guy on ebay, I had to get it for her birthday. My son & daughter-in-law live in California, I live in NY so I did not see it in motion but, I was told she loves it...it's on her dining room table.
