  Clock arrived damaged. Quartz mechanism broke out. I bought the clock because I wanted it. A relatively easy fix that I wanted to take care of locally so I could keep the clock. Seller insisted that I return it. I'm in the US. He's in Germany. He wasn't willing to assume responsibility for the fact that it wasn't' packed properly. He wasn't willing to pay for the repair because he said he's a "clock guy" and can fix it himself. Communication & customer service were poor. Paid myself.
