Works for women, too!
I'm a woman with thick, course hair that is color resistant and this works better than anything. It leaves enough variation that the color looks totally natural while it covers gray in the recommended time.

It works!
I'm a woman, and think Crew should not be gender-linked. My hair is resistant to taking color. Crew color looks totally natural. It covers the great but allows highlights and natural variations. It doesn't damage my hair, either. My hairdresser gets it especially for me, but I keep some for emergencies, like when she was ill or I travel.
